By accessing NestBridge or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced within them. If you are using NestBridge on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

NestBridge is an elder-care coordination platform that connects seniors and families with trusted service providers including attorneys, care managers, housing advisors, and other professionals. We facilitate introductions and help organize the transition and planning process.

3. Changes to the Service

We may update NestBridge to improve functionality, security, or performance. When material changes affect your rights, we will notify you in advance through email or in-app messaging.

4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and maintaining accurate account information. Notify NestBridge support immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse NestBridge, including uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; attempting to disrupt the service; or violating applicable laws or third-party rights while using our platform.

6. Service Providers

NestBridge connects you with independent service providers. We do not employ these providers and are not responsible for their services, advice, or work product. Any agreements you enter with providers are between you and them.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or create service disruptions.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

NestBridge is provided on an "as is" basis. We are a coordination platform, not a licensed care provider, attorney, or financial advisor. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability. Some jurisdictions provide additional consumer rights that these Terms do not override.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Solano County, California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
